Agri-Tourism Liability Waiver

Under ND law there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such an injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.  Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risk of injury inherent to the land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death.  I assume the risks for me, and the children in my care, of participating it the Coleman Corn Maze, a registered agritourism activity.
I hereby release and agree to hold Coleman Corn Maze harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the maze.
